Forcibased

Forcibased is a term coined on the Neocities site Forcigenic. It refers to a system whose functions are forcibly and knowingly affected by outside abusers. In our case, this refers to our programming, but also more.

For example, while we normally talk about our programming in terms of our adoptive father, we believe our adoptive mother was also trying to influence aspects of our system for some of the same ends as our adoptive father (at least for identity control). However, she was much more subtle about it and did not use torture or drugs. Rather, she showed us certain media and told us certain things about the characters that weren't confirmed or denied by the media, with the intent to try to get us to split fictives of those characters who then behaved a certain way in the innerworld, particularly to reinforce lessons about traditional gender roles.

There was also a person we met on MySpace in the 2000s when we were a preteen. This person, the Marilyn Manson wannabe who groomed us, was aware of our programming and tried to effectively program us over the internet, including by way of telling us to try to split certain alters on purpose while being abused by our adoptive father who was programming us.

As for the original actual programming by our adoptive father, that affected the system without strictly being the origin of most parts of it. While Bryan's part of the system is likely considered its own supercluster due to programming, it and other parts of the system are traumagenic from corrective sexual abuse while being heavily programmed after their formation.

It is unknown who Bryan would have been if not for our programming, but he turned out very similar to the Meredith character from our scripts. Blixa, while not individually being programmed, is still subject to the effects of our programming and behaves like someone who had been programmed with many of the same programs as we were. Blue is partly programmed and partly not; some sidesystems in Blue's Supercluster seem much more programmed than others, with some parts seeming reflective of our programming narratives without having actually been involved in them (for example, Rodent Rumpus having a division between mice and rats that resembles duality programming).

Even after our programming is over and our programmer is permanently out of our life, we are subject to the effects of the programming, and it is possible that large aspects of our current-day identity (such as our identity as gay male) are influenced by having been programmed. Regardless of whether they count as programming or not, we are also subject to the effects of having been intentionally acted upon by outside forces for ends to our detriment.
