We're a traumagenic, (probably) non-disordered, polymultiple system. We are multihost and multifront, brainsourced-heavy, traumabased, kinkbased, aroacebased, interestbased, genderqueerplex, addictplex, and DPDplex.
Which means: While our system formed from trauma, we generally don't consider ourselves disordered, as we usually have very good shared memory and our system-related dissociation does not tend to cause us dysfunction. We used to consider ourselves fully non-disordered, but after recovering certain old members of the system, our internal communication and shared memory has changed such that there is more possibility for dysfunction than before.
We have multiple hosts, as we are multiple systems in the same body. Our primary hosts are Mori (a 49 year old goth writer), Chem (a pop punk alien), and Zig (David Bowie). Additionally, we have many (10+) alters fronting at once. Co-host is a fluid position that changes frequently but is usually given to a headmate who spends a lot of their time fronting and directing the course of our everyday life.
Polymultiple means that we are similar to a polyfragmented system, but we have very few fragments, if any. Features we have that make us polymultiple include splitting frequently (and sometimes multiple alters at once), having sidesystems, having many headmates fronting at once, and splitting in certain patterns.
We have a lot of alters who are brainsourced - that is, they're in-between being a non-introject and being an introject. (e.g. songtives, who are sourced from something that doesn't have an actual personality, so their personality is not fully sourced)
Things that tend to affect our system's functions include trauma (outside of it having been our system's origin), engagement with kink, our interests, and being aroace-spectrum. All of us are genderqueer and, while not all of us consider ourselves addicts, nor do all of us have DPD symptoms, we are all affected by our system experiencing addiction and DPD.
Our interests include writing, languages, goth, movies, space, paleontology, mythology, music, pet sims, MOGAI, kink, animals, furry, plushes, and slowly figuring out disability-friendly ways to enjoy life outside the house (agoraphobia and arthritis makes this difficult).
Our main fandoms are Ghost, The Man Who Fell To Earth, Mouthwashing, and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. We have self-ships from all of them, have written fanfiction for Hitchhiker's Guide, and have drawn fan art for Ghost. We are also planning a variety of projects, including original fiction about vampires.
Many of us are spiritual and practice one or more of the following: paganism (following the Kemetic, Hellenic, and/or Norse pantheons), Luciferianism/Satanism (where these are being used for umbrella terms for belief systems that center the enemy of the Christian god), astrolatry (the worship of the stars), and Void Worship (our system's personal spirituality that we have been discovering since 2015 and first formalized in 2022).
