Nightglow City
The idea behind Nightglow was that it was an amnesiac area where East Voidelians could be kept with no or limited access to the outerworld, and no knowledge of what East Voidelia had done in the past online. While this was intended to keep them from repeating similar events, keeping people ignorant of their history does not keep them from repeating it.
As a result, Nightglow City are likely responsible for things we've done online without remembering it. There were also times where they compartmentalized and held secret kink fantasies about the people around us, particularly in the local music scene from where we used to live, without us realizing it.
This and other factors contributes to certain themes in Nightglow City, particularly rock musicians who are older now and no longer as glamorous as they used to be, as well as younger adults who are still attracted to them. While everyone in Nightglow City is an adult and there are vague but definite concepts of "older" and "younger" (as well as people who aren't really either), no one has a specific age like in some parts of the system and might be partly stuck at their ages.
