DPDplex
We have DPD - Dependent Personality Disorder - and unlike some of our disorders, our whole system feels affected by it, albeit not all in the same way, which is what it means to be DPDplex.
When we discovered we had DPD, we were in a social milieu that believed that disorders should be accommodated as much as possible. While there are noble things about this mindset, it can lead to people with DPD never learning to do things for themselves, or even worse, learning that they don't NEED to do things for themselves.
We unfortunately were subject to that message, and as a result, we got into an abusive relationship with someone we were dependent on. While the relationship is long in the past, it permanently affected certain things about our system and about our life, such as certain directions our life had to take in order to escape the former partner.
Furthermore, our system is full of DPD holders who find it very difficult to do anything on their own. They need DPD managers and caretakers to help them do very basic things, like initiate daily tasks. Even headmates who do not individually experience DPD as a disorder can still experience separation anxiety from DPs.
Therefore, DPD seems to impact the whole system on both a psychological and tangible level, even if not every headmate has DPD themself.
