Althubased

Althubased refers to when a system's functions are based in alterhumanity. Our system is collectively alterhuman, and virtually if not literally every headmate has a kintype, a synpath, a source, or something else that would quality them as alterhuman outside of just being in a system.

Not only that, we individually feel that our plurality is part of our alterhumanity now, because our innerworld is its own world apart from the outerworld, and being from such a complex world while existing in the "real world" feels like a part of our alterhumanity due to its connection to fiction or stories (fictionkin is considered alterhuman) and its difference from how most humans experience reality.

Different types of alterhumanity are often held by different structures. For example, Circle of Life, with its Lion King fictives, holds our lion and hyena kintype. Silent Hedges also seems to hold our hyena kintype, even though none of them are actual hyenas in headspace. Rodent Rumpus holds our rodent kintypes, Hellfire City holds our demon kintypes, and Moon Aura Marsh is most notably dedicated to our Marshwiggle kintype.

A lot of our internal self-regulation is managed by way of hamster therians/extranths who act like pets and are taken care of by other headmates. Being a hamster is very important to the hamsters, and taking care of the hamsters is very important to their owners.
