About

Shockwave initially split in 2020 and re-split in 2023. They were the first new alter we got after the system returned from its most recent dormancy. While she doesn't have a source per se, she is very much inspired by our interests in furry art, gender coining, the old web, and nostalgia.

Shockwave is very knowledgeable about gender, especially MOGAI terms, and they enjoy coining genders as well as answering questions about gender when our friends or other alters have them. Fae is also good at helping alters find new interests, which is especially helpful for newer introjects trying to develop a sense of self outside of their source.

Due to a variety of factors, Shockwave is immune to many of our intrusive thoughts, and x is therefore what we call a "symptom neutralizer".
